We build control cabinets in our own workshop — marshalling, system, power distribution and remote I/O — and we test every terminal before they ship. Over 2,000 m² of build and staging space, so an entire system can be assembled and integration-tested as one before it is split into shipping units.
Why in-house build matters
Panel work is the part of a control project most often sub-contracted, and it is the part where sub-contracting hurts most. When the people wiring the cabinet are not the people who configured the controller, every discrepancy becomes a three-way email.

What drives the price
So you can sanity-check a quote rather than just compare bottom lines. Cabinet cost is mostly a function of terminal count, not cabinet count: number of I/O points and their type, redundancy level, hazardous-area requirements, ingress protection and cooling, and whether the client mandates a specific component brand list.
