Every card is powered up and tested on a live system before it ships; new items carry a 12-month warranty.

Which brands? Yokogawa and Siemens first. Other platforms (Foxboro, ABB, Honeywell) depend on the part number — if we can source it we quote it, if not we say so.
New or pulled? Each line of the quotation states the condition and date code. Pulled cards are tested the same way; the warranty term differs and is stated on the quote.
Turnaround emergencies? Put the shutdown window in the delivery date field. Stock items ship the same day from Singapore or Wuxi.
